SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?
For customers outside of the EU, you may need to pay domestic import and tax fees. Each country has its regulations in this regard, so we recommend checking your domestic rules and regulations for more information. Please note that import and tax fees are not within my control.
What Is the Delivery Time?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Typically, the standard delivery time is 2-10 weeks. If you order a wooden box, please keep in mind that I special order them once a month. Depending on when you place your order, it may take a little longer for the painting to be shipped.
If you choose rolled-up delivery, the delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
I offer worldwide shipping! To check availability for your country, add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout. If your country isn’t listed, email me at info@studiocelinew.com so we can try to accommodate you.
If you're in Sweden, you can also collect your painting directly from my studio in Tyresö, Stockholm.
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, you can return your painting in 14 days after receiving it. Due to the delicate nature of the artwork during shipping, the painting must be returned in its original packaging and made sure that it’s secure for shipment. The painting must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. If you need to return your painting, please contact me at info@studiocelinew.com. The shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order within 7 days if your order has not been shipped.
If you cancel any later, you will receive 70% of your order value.
*Please note that if you choose the wood box delivery, we order a box specially made for you, therefore, the shipping price won't be returned.*
My Country Is Not Available at Checkout
If your country is not listed during checkout, please email me your address so I can check the availability of shipping to your location.
How Does "Rolled Up Delivery" Work?
When you opt for having your painting rolled up for delivery, I will carefully detach the canvas from its frame and roll it together. This significantly reduces the delivery cost. Upon receiving the rolled-up artwork, you can conveniently frame the canvas at a local framing store or even do it yourself at home. However, if you're not experienced in canvas framing, I recommend taking it to a professional framing service for optimal results.
COMMISSIONED ART
Can I Order Commissioned Art?
Yes! Please email me at info@studiocelinew.com to discuss your request. I take on a limited number of commissions each year.
Are the commissioned artworks the same price as the ones listed online?
No, commissions are priced slightly higher. They require extra materials and time due to additional creative processes, planning, and meetings with the buyer.

How Do I Sign Up?
To sign up, simply click on the "Online Masterclass" page in the top menu. After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a link to set your password and access the course platform.
Can I Share My Progress On Social Media?

Can I Sell A Painting I Have Made From Your Course?
If you’re proud of your painting and want to sell it, go for it! I only ask that you credit me, as I've worked hard to create both the course and my own art journey. My goal is to inspire you to find your own artistic voice, not to replicate my work exactly.

What Materials Do I Need?
Each painting in the masterclass comes with a complete materials list, detailing everything I use.
